Face to Face Training

(Knoxville, TN)

Looking the ultimate form of ACCOUNTABILITY? In-person training is for you!!  I love this type of training because it allows me to fully submerge myself into a person's life.  All equipment is provided so you don't have to worry about having a "gym membership" or "expensive home weight system".  Being face to face also allows for the opportunity to sit down and discuss goal setting, motivation, nutrition, building confidence, and so much more!

TRAINING PACKAGES

Basic: 4 sessions/month

Prime: 8 sessions/month (Most popular option)

Elite: 12 sessions/month

Session fee is based on both location as well as time of the day.  Fees range from $70-$85 per hour.  Each package includes an initial health assessment, goal setting, progress tracking, nutritional evaluation, and lots of encouragement!

Health Retreat

Spend a couple days up in a cabin learning about exercise, nutrition, and common emotional struggles.  Each day will be filled with a personal training session, cooking classes, mindset coaching, group fitness boot camp, and games.  Attendance will be limited so if you are interested, I highly recommend you join the wait list by clicking below.
