Online Personal Training is a convenient, affordable, and effective way to accomplish your fitness goals.  There are multiple levels of involvement.  I want to make sure you find a plan that works for you!  If that means we need a 15 minute phone call every week to keep you accountable... then that is what we will do!  Take a look at the primary options below and reach out if you desire a more customized option.

INTRO PACKAGE

Who is this best for?  Someone who is looking for custom work outs and tracking capability, but doesn't need a person actively communicating with them in order to make sure they stay on track.  

Includes: Initial fitness assessment, access to JF Training App, 12 custom work outs (unlimited revisions), exercise video tutorials, progress tracking, heart rate tracking (Fitbit), nutritional tracking (MyFitnessPal), direct messaging capability, accountability group, motivational videos.

ACCOUNTABILIY PACKAGE

Who is this best for?  Someone who is motivated and wants a more hands on relationship with me.  I take the "no client left behind approach".  If I notice your motivation is fading... I will do everything in my power to get you back on track!

Face to Face Training

In home (or apartment) personal training is one of the most convenient and effective way to accomplish your fitness goals.  I love this type of training because it allows me to fully submerge myself into a person's life.  I bring all the equipment to you so you don't have to worry about having a "gym membership" or "expensive home weight system".  Being at your house also allows for more open discussions revolving around your daily habits.  This is important because accomplishing your fitness goals requires we address your physical, nutritional, and emotional struggles.

TRAINING PACKAGES

Basic: 4 sessions/month

Prime: 8 sessions/month (Most popular option)

Elite: 12 sessions/month

Session fee is based on both location as well as time of the day.  Fees range from $70-$85 per hour.  Each package includes an initial health assessment, goal setting, progress tracking, nutritional evaluation, and lots of encouragement!

Group sessions are also available upon request.  Rates are negotiable based on how many people attend.

Weight Loss Retreat

Spend a couple days up north Minnesota learning about exercise, nutrition, and common emotional struggles.  Each day will be filled with a personal training session, cooking classes, emotional discussions, group fitness boot camp, and games.  Attendance will be limited so if you are interested, I highly recommend you join the wait list by clicking below.
